    Does anyone have a good workout program which is beneficial for golf. I'm looking in to starting something which would add muscle but dont want to lose the flexibility needed for golf.

    Any tips or advice?

    Hmmm. I would assume that a decent stretching routine would be a wise move mainly because it would reduce soreness and injury

    I think this is a must, But this is a good question, one that i don't know enough about to answer, but i could only assume that you could really extend your drive with a decent amount of proper muscle building...
