Our group is composed of players with handiaps ranging from 10 to 26. When we try to play games, like a 3 or 4 man scramble for instance, how can we pick teams that are somewhat fair and competitive? We tried a blind draw; it is fair but frequently the teams aren't competitive. Can I get some help here?
