The Raleigh/Durham Sears stores are putting together a charity golf outing on October 9, 2009 to support the "Heroes At Home" charity.
“Heroes At Home” is a Sears venture that collects money and donates it to rebuild, renovate or repair the homes of injured soldiers returning from Iraq and Afghanistan. This is a national venture, but recently Heroes at Home rebuilt a home here in Raleigh for an injured veteran.
Where: Riverwood Golf Course 4oo Riverwood Drive Clayton, NC 27520 When: October 9, 2009 Tee Time:12:30pm Cost: $60 per golfer; $25 per spectator.
Each person will be served a dinner and be automatically entered into various contests. We will have raffels, silent auctions, etc.
