To get the ball rolling, I would state that a longer shot, 170 yards plus, on a sidehill lie, with the ball approximately at waist high, is a daunting challenge for most of us.

It is for me; I usually cringe when I discover that is, what precisely is called for, as you walk up and assess the situation.

    Cheers.

    "ball approximately at waist high..."

LOL, would any golfer, pro or amateur, not fear this sort of shot!?

    My greatest fears under pressure:

    1. blind shots ( I hate blind shots!)
    2. Any short game shot--NOT in the bunker. Includes putts, chips, and pitches, lol.
    3. Tee shots into a narrow tree-lined area. Not necessarily a narrow fairway, but one that's closely cropped with trees.
    4. Long Par 3's
    5. The swing AFTER you just really botched up a shot. ;-)

Toughest shot for me...anything with the ball below my feet. Either I play it to fly right or I overcompensate for the slope and pull it left of target.

Hitting out of a shoot of trees. We have one hole where a tee box is tucked into a shoot of trees, it's only about 35-40 yds, but it seems like it's a 100 yds when you're on the tee. I generally don't hit the trees, but it's a daunting tee shot.
  1.
Toughest shot for me is the second shot with a long iron.
  2.
The other one is on the edge of a bunker, but not in the sand

Any shot that is sidehill, whether it is above or below my feet.
