    like a lot of people i like the prov1. great golfball. i tend to play a lot of diffrent courses, and loose a few along the way. any suggestions on a , good but , not so expensive ball . wilson makes a tx4, any feedback on this . thank you

    Top Flite is one of the best low cost balls out there these days, as long as you stick to the D2 Feel (15.99 for 15 balls) or the Gamer (19.99 per dozen.) The Gamer is the closest thing you'll find th]o the Pro-V's.

    You can also try Noodles and Precept Laddies. These are both low cost, low compression balls that perform well for average golfers.
