10 yards:
You do not actually strike the ball. This is the only shot in golf where the ball is not directly struck. You want to blast the sand beneath the ball to get it out. Use a steeply angled swing and blast it.
150 yds:
You do not want to take any sand on the downswing. You're going to want to take an extra club (ie. 7 iron instead of 8) to account for the sand. Place the ball farther back in your stance to reduce the chances of hitting the bunker before your ball. I like to try and pick it as clean as possible, but some people prefer trying to hit down into it, getting ball, then taking a mini-sand divot, similar to a normal shot. Whichever works best for you.
