Two days after winning the 2007 PGA Championship at one of golf's most venerable addresses, Southern Hills Country Club in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Tiger Woods steps out of a black Range Rover at the Cliffs Valley in Travelers Rest, South Carolina, a small town 20 miles north of Greenville, the hometown of Jay Haas and more infamously, "Shoeless Joe" Jackson. Course developers contacted Woods about designing the course, and a major factor in Woods' decision was the Cliffs' emphasis on health and wellness, which mirrors Woods' values. Woods' design fee, estimated to be more than $20 million including real estate sales incentives -- nearly 10 times the higheest previous going rate.

Wow, that is alot of money to ask for. I wonder if it would worth paying that amount of money. It could be, for the possibility of gained exposure for both tiger and the course.
