    Teeing off as you go to hit the ball, the ball is blown off the tee but you finish your stroke and make contact with the ball as it is falling off the tee...(like when it is right at the side of the tee in mid air)....

    I'm not too sure about that one. I think it that it doesn't count as a stroke. I may be wrong though.

    I believe if you are addressing the ball with intent to hit it and you do in fact hit it - then it would count as a stroke. It would be interesting to have a real rules official give an answer.

    Almost positive it is a stroke. It happened at this year's Masters, on the putting green. I think it was amature Michael Thompson. He grounded his putter to address the stroke. For whatever reason, the ball moved. He backed off and it was a one stroke penalty. So I am sure if you follow through the swing and touch the ball, it is a stroke.
