The Cliffs at High Carolina, Tiger Woods First U.S. Course

North Carolina now the First to have a Tiger Woods Golf Course in the U.S. [ The Cliffs at High Carolina ] Tiger Woods said he would incorporate characteristics from courses he's played around the world into his first U.S. design at High Carolina, though he shied away from specifics. One likely feature of High Carolina, he said, would be the use of strategic bunkering. Woods is a fan of the deep bunkers on the great links courses in Britain and on some Australian classics, a feature he expects to use in his design work. Another critical aspect to agreeing to the project, he said, was the commitment to make it a walking-only course.

I find it exciting that North Carolina is going to be home to the First Tiger Woods Golf Community/Course. I'm sure this is going to be an extreemly challenging golf course, not to mention it's in the Mountains of North Carolina which can be challenging enough. I'll look forward to the Cliffs at High Carolina, given me a woopin. :)

Haha, yeah I bet it'll give you a good spankin... Let's hope you don't go there your first time out and shoot something like 60+ over par hehe. Maybe Tiger will make this North Carolina course Challenging even for himself. Do you know when this course is supposed to be finished?

The Tiger Woods Course, The Cliffs at High Carolina, will be amongst 7 other championship golf courses. There was already an amazing line up of championship courses located at the the cliffs, now to add this one to the list will really set it off.

    The cliffs line up are

    2 Jack Nicklaus signature courses
    2 lakeside Tom Fazio Designs
A Gary player Signature course under development
    Parkland style valley course
and a Tom Jackson Mountain Top Classic Rated 4th most scenic in the nation by Golf Digest.

Now add Tiger Woods The Cliffs at High Carolina to the list... So now we have a total of 8 quick butt courses that will make grown men cry :)
