This is the definition of a fair course. If you hit fairways and greens then you can put together a good round. The greens are not lightning, but you can putt right off them if you put yourself in the wrong spot. Not hitting a fairway generally means you redecorated someone's porch of roof, so the aesthetics aren't great. Play after the twilight rate kicks in and you are getting a good deal, play before and you are paying too much.
