River Ridge Golf Community
River Ridge is a beautiful 18 hole golf course designed by Chuck Smith. The 6,740 yard course opened southeast of Raleigh in 1997. Residents of River Ridge enjoy living in custom built homes on large lots and have access to the community swimming pool, tennis courts and new club house (opened 2002). Custom built homes range from $300’s to $500’s.
